    The MSWD office accepts walk-in verification Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Transportation fund update

    The transportation pool is temporarily fully committed. New requests are waitlisted and served as funds are replenished.

  • Diaper program schedule

    Bedridden, verified beneficiaries are automatically included in the monthly diaper list. No need to re-apply each month.

  • Q3 Financial Assistance now open

    Beneficiaries may file one financial-assistance request this quarter. Bring your reseta and valid PWD ID.

  • Barangay president reports

    Presidents, please submit visit and distribution reports through the system for faster MSWD review.

How it works

Four steps, from registration to receiving assistance — and you can check your status any time.

  1. Get registered

    MSWD or your barangay president registers your PWD profile using your existing PWD ID — or registers on your behalf if you can't visit personally.

  2. Submit a request

    Ask for the assistance you need, with any supporting document — a doctor's reseta for financial aid, a formal letter for devices.

  3. MSWD reviews it

    Every request is verified by hand and processed in the order received. If a program's budget runs out, you're waitlisted — never rejected — and served first when funds return.

  4. Receive & track

    Follow your request's status online from submission to delivery, with distribution confirmed by your barangay president.
